A Natural Eyesight teacher is one who is able to help people improve their eyesight by demonstrating the Bates Method techniques which eases the process to natural vision.  During the workshops and private lessons, the natural vision educator stimulates abilities which are present in everyone. The aim is for people to integrate Natural Eyesight methods into their daily life. 

A natural eyesight teacher doesn't replace optometrists and ophthalmologists. The three professions have different roles, although there are some ophthalmologist and optometrist open to consider The Bates Method with their patients, which is helpful in the Natural Eyesight process.
